My Business is building an AI operating system for small businesses, beginning with the high-friction work inside HR and People Operations.

Our goal is simple: let teams describe what they need in plain English, then turn that request into useful policies, workflows, onboarding plans, performance systems, and operational answers grounded in company context.

Over time, the same operating layer will extend into recruiting, executive operations, finance, customer support, sales, and marketing—giving growing companies one connected foundation instead of another collection of tools.
